COMPANY HISTORY

Main Line Rail Management, Inc. (formerly Main Line Management Services, Inc.) was established in 1988 to provide operations, marketing, financial, valuation/appraisal, management, and general business consulting services to the rail and transportation industries. Offices are in Langhorne, PA (suburban Philadelphia). Main Line has undertaken studies for more than 100 clients throughout the United States and Canada, as well as in Mexico, Chile, Romania, and Estonia. Projects have involved rail, barge, air, and truck transportation, as well as financial and business planning and range from marketing analyses and operations planning to conceptual engineering and computer simulations.

COMPANY PRINCIPAL

Douglas Golden, President, has 32 years experience in operations planning, benefit/cost analyses, capital budgeting, traffic/marketing studies, and valuation analyses.
